The Tweco 1240-1414 is a high-quality MIG welding nozzle designed for medium to heavy-duty applications, supporting up to 450 amps. It features a 1/2-inch bore size and a 1.75-inch length, making it suitable for various welding tasks. The nozzle is constructed from a solid copper alloy, ensuring consistent dimensional stability and efficient heat dissipation. Its 2-piece design includes a coarse thread (CT) configuration, and it requires the 34CT insulator (sold separately) for proper installation. The part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. This nozzle is compatible with Tweco No. 4 MIG guns and is ideal for higher heat applications where a longer electrical stick-out is required or when the nozzle may contact the workpiece.
