And it’s free. 3-year warranty for power tools. This applies to all professional blue power tools and measuring instruments from Bosch. The warranty excludes high-frequency tools, production cordless screwdrivers and pneumatic tools, supplied accessories, battery packs and chargers. More information can be found in the warranty conditions. 2-year Premium Service for batteries and chargers. This applies to all professional blue Bosch lithium-ion batteries including chargers. If a defect occurs on a registered battery or charger during the term of the Battery Premium Service due to a material or manufacturing fault or due to wear, Bosch will replace it (possibly with a later model). Replaced batteries or chargers shall become the property of Bosch. More information can be found in the terms and conditions of participation. All you have to do is register your tool, lithium-ion battery or charger online within four weeks of purchase. The term of the warranty or service begins on the date of purchase. More information can be found in the relevant warranty conditions or terms and conditions of participation. To perform a registration, please register first as a user. On your personal registration page you can then register your power tool, lithium-ion battery or charger for the 3-year warranty or 2-year Battery Premium Service. You will then receive a warranty or service certificate, which you can print out or save as a PDF document. You will also be able to manage your personal data. Warranty/service certificates are always product-based. This means that each purchased product (power tool, lithium-ion battery and charger) must be registered separately. If you have a warranty/service claim, please present the certificate together with the original receipt of purchase to your local dealer or send your product directly to us. The information on both documents (receipt of purchase and certificate) must match. Of course, you can also use our pickup service, which is free during the warranty/service period.
